Ensure all production equipment functions properly and operates optimally.
Conduct inspections, disassembly, and replacement of spare parts on work equipment and production machines in use.
Perform inspections on work equipment and production machines used to support production, ensuring necessary periodic maintenance.
Develop procedures and schedules for periodic maintenance and ensure their implementation.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team and equipment users in the qualification process (KI, KO, and KK).
Seek quotations for production equipment needs.
Contact multiple suppliers to obtain quotations for general spare parts and equipment.
Contact official distributors or sole agents to request quotations for specialized spare parts.
Inspect and sign documents for incoming spare parts and equipment.
Develop human resources within the sub-department.
Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
Recommend to management and HRD that technical staff and employees attend internal or external training.
Establish and strictly monitor the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) in the technical department.
Conduct awareness sessions for staff.
Attend occupational health and safety (K3) training when invited by third parties.
Prepare the annual budget for production machine maintenance.
Create and monitor spare parts inventory.
Requirements
Bachelor (S1) in electrical or mechanical engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0.
At least 2 Years of working experience as Production Engineer Manager in Pharmaceutical/Cosmetic/FMCG reputable company.
Experience handling tube filling machine is preferable.
Experience with PLC and Pneumatics Working System.
English fluency in both writing and speaking.
