Production Engineer

Qualifications:

1. Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent;
2. At least 3 years of experience in production preferably in chemical process plants;
3. Strong SHEQ knowledge and ability to enforce SHEQ requirements;
4. Leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels and exercise independent judgment;
5. Strong analytic skills and must be able to identify and solve problems quickly;
6. Ability to manage and work closely with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Job Descriptions:

1. Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently.
2. Auditing every process, equipment, and every detail associated with the manufacturing unit.
3. Preparing an efficient schedule for all production operations and assisting in installing and maintaining machines and tools.
4. Resolving all maintenance issues and recommending improvements if required.
5. Performing regular audits on all safety control programs.
6. Participating and conducting Hazard studies such as HAZOPs.
7. Developing BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balance for new and existing plants.
8. Preparing and compiling standard operating procedures and equipment operation manuals.
9. Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
