Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and monitor daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
2. Address and resolve technical issues that may arise during the production process, minimizing downtime and ensuring production continuity.
3. Implement and enforce quality standards and procedures throughout the production process to ensure the final product meets specifications.
4. Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to increase yield, reduce material waste, and improve product output. Implement strategies to optimize yields while maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Collect and analyze production data to monitor performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between production and company goals.

Requirements

1. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Chemical Engineering field or equivalent.
2. Has at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
3. Candidates with knowledge and interest in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) processes are highly encouraged to apply.
