In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Asset leader responsible for the operation of an assigned area in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, technical, safety, and human resources, whilst respecting the defined goals.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day management of people within production, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.
3. Act with minimum supervision. Decisions and results have an impact on the function and their success.

About You

As a person, you’re a balanced thinker, a motivated fixer – someone who is always taking initiative to solve problems, make things better and respectfully engage others along the journey with you. As a mechanic, you have a strong technical track record, work best under pressure and deliver high value to your team by owning issues through resolution, exercising strong situational judgment and favoring a proactive vs. reactive approach to equipment maintenance.

1. Are 18 years or older and are authorized to work in Malaysia
2. Have a High School Diploma
3. Have a 2-year related technical degree and a minimum of at least 2 years' work experience in a related manufacturing field, including experience with high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment
4. Can read and write basic English
5. Have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
6. Are able to work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
7. Can physically work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, and enter confined spaces
8. Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
9. To be based in Kluang, Johor
