PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

We're on the lookout for a passionate Production Coordinator to handle our animation projects and collaborate with our zany, talented artists. Plus, you'll get the credit you deserve on our projects!

Here's What You'll Be Doing

We have multiple projects in progress all the time. Your daily task will involve working with various project teams to plan and ensure we're meeting production timelines. In addition to coordinating communication between colleagues and clients, you will also be responsible for overseeing asset downloads and uploads. As teamwork makes the dream work, it is important to be a team player.

Here's The Skills We'd Like You To Have

• A confident communicator. You will be the production’s communication point between the production team and the client.
• Excellent negotiating skills, written and verbal for both client and team interactions.
• Good coordination skills. You will be juggling production needs right through project completion.

What We Need To See

• Recent Resume (PDF).
• 1 year experience in project management and coordination.
• Degree graduate in fields related to production management (example: Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Planning, Construction etc.)
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MUET Band 3 or higher (or equivalent language proficiency).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Note: While we are primarily seeking a Production Coordinator, some candidates who align with our team might be offered a Production Assistant role.
