Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in operations/supply chain management or business administration or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (required).
• Proficient in Mandarin due to the need to deal with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Minimum one (1) year relevant working experience.
• Good team player.
• Self-motivated, confident, independent & possess interpersonal skills.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production schedules, and others.
• Liaise with headquarters on sales orders, material planning, and arrangements.
• Liaise with production supervisor to ensure smooth running of production.
• Report in a timely and periodic fashion to senior management the status and health of production.
• Communicate and act as translator to local production workers to ensure work instructions are followed and completed.
• Responsible for translation of related production records and procedures.
• Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior.
