  • Record and maintain production data, including daily production reports, scrap, defects, and performance metrics.
  • Update production reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain and control all departmental documentation, including daily performance information and forecasts for monthly cost reviews.
  • Complete and update production and KPI charts daily.

Production Scheduling:

  • Issue production schedules and work orders to relevant departments.
  • Track raw material consumption and manage inventory levels.
  • Requisition and maintain production supply inventory, including consumable items.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Perform duties related to JKKP (Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan), BOMBA, ISO documentation, DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health), and DOE (Department of Environment) compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits for all production departments, focusing on safety, stock usage, ISO audit documentation preparation, and 5S audits.
  • Monitor worker attendance and manage overtime records.
  • Organize and track training sessions for all production workers.

Support & Coordination:

  • Support production planning by providing accurate data and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to issue Purchase Requests (PR) for spare parts and other maintenance-related items.
  • Update inventory records for spare parts and manage cost-saving initiatives for maintenance through strategic purchasing.

Maintenance & Equipment Management:

  • Create and issue work orders for Preventive Maintenance (PM) to the maintenance and production teams.
  • Ensure timely updates of inventory records for spare parts and support cost-saving measures by optimizing spare parts purchases.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement approved changes.

Job Competency Required:

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A diploma in business administration, production management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or clerical role within a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in AutoCount.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, and safety regulations.
