Kian Joo Canpack Sdn Bhd (KJCP) is an independent OEM contract packer providing contract manufacturing services of beverage drinks for brand owners. KJCP represents a forward integration of another important activity within the supply chain process for FMCG products.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor overall production performance, operating budget, operating cost control and manpower planning.
• Ensure strict compliance to customer standards & quality expectations, operating procedures, and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Maximize production yield, capacity utilization, and production volume of the plants while ensuring all products meet required specifications and standards.
• Report, monitor, and analyze equipment performance and reliability to ensure production targets are met and minimize plant downtime.
• Responsible for timely preventive maintenance of machines to minimize downtime.
• Optimize productivity and machinery capacity by continuously monitoring machine efficiency.
• Minimize wastages and/or rejects.
• Ensure all safety and environmental considerations are made when carrying out production, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in the industrial plant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily production-related problems in the industrial plants.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the beverage or food industry.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task, and result-driven.
