Our client is a leading provider of NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) solutions that align with trends in lightweighting and environmental sustainability in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Management: Set and adjust injection molding machine parameters and give solutions to machine failures.
• Execute Production Plans: Allocate tasks based on production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Control: Supervise production processes to ensure product quality meets established standards.
• Equipment Management: Maintain production equipment, report any malfunctions promptly, and assist with repairs.
• Personnel Management: Organize and oversee employee work, providing necessary job training.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure employees adhere to safety regulations and conduct regular safety training sessions.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Accurately complete production records and report on production progress.
• Cost Control: Monitor material consumption and propose cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with a higher education in Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory or production management within the injection molding industry; experience in production and process engineering is essential.
• Proficient in English and Malay, proficient in Mandarin is desirable but not a must.
• High sense of responsibility and execution capability, with the ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to work in off office hours under emergency situations.
• Good organizational, communication, and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to respond quickly to production emergencies.
• Proficient in office software, with the ability to perform basic data statistics and analysis.
