Monitor products to run in order to meet the requirements of customers.
Oversee, coach, and train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures to ensure they meet performance standards.
Supervise the setting of machines.
Check and submit reports (production output, production wastage, batch card, etc.) according to specifications.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Work closely with other departments, including planning, maintenance, and warehouse, to achieve company objectives.
Review, develop, and maintain a systematic approach for SOPs, records, and product specifications to enhance quality, efficiency, and performance at the plant.
Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations.
Perform other related job duties and projects assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
At least 5 years of proven working experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the food industry.
Knowledge of FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and Halal Standards.
Good leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
Required skills: Computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
