Production Assistant

Duties

To assist in the organisation of the warehouse in as per GMP requirement.
To carry out the processing as per the work instruction.
To assist in the preparation of validation exercises.
To report and inform supervisor if there is any non-conformance or abnormality found during the processing.
To assist as required with the loading/unloading of vehicles as per shipping advice and general movements of goods around the site and processing onto the machine.
To ensure that goods are properly identified by the labels at all times.
To segregate products in liaison with the schedule.
To construct loads for dispatch as directed by Shipping personnel.

To assist in the organisation of the warehouse to maximise the usable space and ensure all batches to be processed can be clearly identified.
To maintain a smart and clean personal appearance.
To perform any reasonable request in respect of the efficient running of the site.
To ensure accuracy of documentation at all times.
To deputise Supervisor in operations matters in his absence.
To ensure compliance with company rules, safety, QA procedures, and SOPs.
To support and involve in Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement activities as required.

Education Degree

High School Diploma or GED
