We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Specialist to streamline and enhance our product training processes. The Product Specialist will be responsible for learning our product knowledge, organizing it into clear and easy-to-understand resources, and conducting engaging training sessions for new and existing sales representatives. This role will also involve creating presentations, videos, and academy classes while ensuring efficient training workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge Management:
   • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, features, and applications.
   • Organize product information into structured, easy-to-use training materials and guides.
2. Training Development:
   • Design and conduct basic product training for new sales representatives.
   • Develop and implement efficient training workflows to optimize learning outcomes.
   • Provide continuous training and support to enhance the skills of existing employees.
3. Content Creation:
   • Prepare professional presentation slides for training and client use.
   • Plan and execute presentation video shoots for online training sessions and promotional use.
   • Create structured academy classes for in-depth learning about company products.
4. Training Delivery:
   • Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions with strong presentation skills.
   • Deliver training content in English and Mandarin, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
   • Lead overseas training sessions and support international teams as required.
5. Flexibility and Availability:
   • Be available for Saturday and Sunday work on a flexible schedule.
   • Travel for overseas outstation assignments as needed.
6. Communication and Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure training content aligns with business goals.
   • Utilize interpersonal and intrapersonal skills to foster positive relationships with trainees and colleagues.

Qualifications:

1. Skills and Experience:
   • Strong command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
   • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire an audience.
   • Proficient in creating presentation slides, conducting video shoots, and designing training materials.
   • Experienced in employee training and development.
