Product Specialist - SEA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Technical Expertise - Deliver comprehensive knowledge of our precision measurement products, including features, applications, and industry-specific use cases, especially in sectors like HVAC, Semiconductor, Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Machinery.

2. Customer Consultation - Partner with customers to identify their unique challenges and recommend tailored solutions that align with local regulations and industry standards.

3. Market Development - Identify regional market opportunities and assess product demand in SEA and Taiwan, ensuring alignment with local market needs.

4. Technical Support & Training - Collaborate with the sales team and channel partners by providing product training and resolving technical inquiries during the sales process.

5. Product Development Collaboration - Work closely with the R&D team at the main headquarters in the U.S. to provide customer feedback and performance insights to drive product improvements and innovation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial measurement and control systems.
• Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or data center industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asia and Taiwan's market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
