To help you succeed in this role, product training and sales coaching will be provided by our experienced and highly qualified sales and marketing team. Key responsibilities

• To be pro-active and take charge of the market conversion with sales expansion in your area.
• Identify customers’ needs and sales opportunities to maximize sales growth through execution of marketing and business development strategies.
• Conduct sales activities at the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and inquiries to customers.
• Provide pre- and post-sales training and support to customers.
• Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers to ensure continuous business growth.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve the best results.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in the pharmaceutical industry are also welcome to apply.
• Candidates with at least 1-2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Resourceful, analytic, results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Candidate with proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as this role frequently involves effective collaboration and understanding in dealing with various healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, or pharmacies.
• Possess a car, valid driving license and willing to travel.
