Role

The Day-To-Day Activities
To support the growth of postpaid sales in Johor Bahru

• To execute and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points & pyramid
• Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid)
• Ensuring proper knowledge and training on:
• System: Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge
• Product: Full range of products
• How to Sell: Accurate and correct information given
• Incentives/Pyramid: Proper guidance in building loyalty
• POSM: Latest & up to date POSM
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence
• To build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information, and guidance
• To always maintain good discipline and performance
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance

About You
At least 2 years of working experience in a Telco/FMCG related environment
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
Sales driven with a good track record
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel
