Our team is expanding! Take charge of the end to end product lifecycle (launch, maintenance and sunset). You will work hand in hand with Tech, Marketing and Procurement in our 3 markets (Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand).
Responsibilities
Setup, maintain and sunset products and categories for our ecommerce websites - including price calculation, margin setting, and webpage setup.
Own key projects as an individual contributor.
Assist with the launch of new website features and help maintain the website with up-to-date information, prices, and lead times.
Monitor the performance of new product launches.
In collaboration with sales & CS, suggest product optimizations that can help maximize conversion rate and revenue.
Research, identify and analyze potential products to launch, according to revenue and profit potential.
Plan and oversee new product initiatives by developing time-integrated plans with sales, marketing, graphic design, tech and production.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Ad-hoc requests from a variety of stakeholders to fix / adjust things on the website.
Your Profile
You understand e-commerce concepts and have preferably previous experience in Tech/Ecommerce.
Basic knowledge and/or experience in (online) marketing is a plus.
You are diligent, detail-oriented and at the same time keep a good overview of the big picture.
You have strong prioritization skills: critical to manage the high number of requests and ideas that are logged in our ticketing system.
You are very hands-on, self-taught and will make sure you know our webshop better than anyone else in the company!
Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel / Gsheets is a must, SQL is a plus).
Practical experiences in HTML is a strong plus.
1-3 years of experience in business analytics, product, business development or marketplace ops.
Excellent English.
Mandarin, Bahasa or Thai will be an added advantage.
