Your Role

1. Sales Target Responsibility: Drive sales through strategic planning and execution to achieve sales targets.
2. Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and grow market share.
3. Customer Engagement & Solutions: Proactively connect with clients, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored scientific solutions.
4. Product Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations with confidence, clarity, and creativity.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional team to drive collective success and share best practices.
7. Reporting & Insights: Provide timely and accurate sales reports to track progress and optimize sales funnels.

What We Are Looking For

1. Educational Background: Bachelor/ Master’s Biotechnology, Biomedical and relevant field.
2. Energetic and Outgoing Personality: A people-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
3. Result-Oriented Mindset: A go-getter attitude with a drive to exceed targets.
4. Coachable and Adaptable: Proactive, open to learning and implementing feedback.
5. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and effective verbal/written communication.
6. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
7. Fresh Graduates Welcome
8. Proven Sales Experience (for Senior Roles): Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
9. Open to Travel: Owns a car and is ready to travel across Klang Valley and outstation regions.
