We are a **Smart Home, CCTV & Smart Lock Importer and Distributor** with **26 years of experience**. We are looking for a **skilled and motivated** candidate to provide technical support, installation assistance, and product expertise to our expanding customer base.

### **Responsibilities:**
Provide expert product knowledge and technical support for **smart locks, CCTV, and smart home systems**
Conduct **product presentations, training, and demonstrations** for clients and partners
Assist customers with **installation, setup, and troubleshooting**
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience and drive product adoption
Stay updated on the latest **smart security and home automation trends**

### **Day-to-Day Duties:**
Offer **hands-on installation and configuration support** for at least one of these products: **Smart Locks, CCTV, or Smart Home Systems**
Attend to **customer inquiries and provide after-sales technical support**
Conduct **site visits and product demonstrations** when necessary
Compile and update reports on **customer feedback, product issues, and technical solutions**
Participate in **roadshows, product launches, and other company events**
Handle any other tasks assigned by the Management

### **Requirements:**
Minimum **2 years of experience** in product support, installation, or technical sales for **smart locks, CCTV, or smart home solutions**
Hands-on experience in **installation, setup, and troubleshooting** (any one of the mentioned products)
Able to do presentation with good customer communication skills
Able to write and speak **English & Bahasa Malaysia** (**Mandarin is an added advantage**)
