Product Specialist – Laboratory Products

Your Role Will Involve:

• Market Intelligence: Dive deep into market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers, including professors, lecturers, pathologists, science officers, and medical laboratory technicians at the managerial level.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute robust territory business plans.
• Client Engagement: Conduct visits to hospitals, universities, and potential clients to demonstrate our digital pathology solutions, showcasing their potential and effectiveness.
• Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work alongside the sales team to strategize, prepare, and execute on strategic deals through complex sales cycles, including modelling the financial business case for each sales opportunity.
• Lead Generation to Sales Completion: Manage the entire sales process from generating high-quality leads, following up on initial contacts, securing orders, negotiating prices, to completing sales and arranging product deliveries.

What We Require:

• Language Skills: You must be proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, capable of excellent communication in both written and spoken forms.
• Technical Skills: A basic understanding and proficiency in IT, particularly in MS Office and Excel, is essential for this role.
• Educational Background: A Diploma in any field is required, but we're especially interested in candidates who bring 1 – 2 years of experience to the table.
• Preferred Experience: While candidates from all backgrounds are welcome, we highly encourage applications from those with a background in Bio Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related fields.
