About the Role:

This is an exciting IT Product Owner position within a leading MNC in the automotive industry, exclusively for Malaysian citizens. Based in Selangor, this role invites you to take charge of digital product strategies that drive innovation within the automotive sector. Your expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), product management, and vendor management will be pivotal in delivering value-driven solutions and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and objectives, aligning them with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to prioritize and implement features using the SAFe methodology.
• Manage product backlogs, ensuring that requirements are defined, prioritized, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and alignment with company standards and timelines.
• Lead product development from concept through to release, coordinating with engineering, design, and QA teams.
• Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users to improve product functionality and performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Malaysian citizenship (required).
• Proven experience in Product Management within an IT environment, ideally in the automotive or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), with hands-on experience implementing agile processes.
• Strong vendor management skills, with experience in contract negotiation and oversight.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering user-centered products.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
