This position reports to the Product Marketing Director.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
• Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Working with the sales team to ensure monthly and quarterly sales budgets are met.
• Executing the annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
• Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.
• Developing and executing effective channel management for the E-mobility business.

Qualifications for the role:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in Engineering Sales or Marketing.
• Electric vehicle charging industry knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proven managerial experience is an advantage.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong product-to-market sense.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
