Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Product Marketing Manager. You will be responsible to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Industrial Refrigeration within the China & Asia Pacific market. This role requires a good understanding of the industrial refrigeration market players, competitive landscape, and Danfoss' product portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales, product management, and other teams to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Market share mapping and monitoring, develop market model, explore growth opportunities
• Facilitate regional adoption of insights and support materials to sales to facilitate customer dialogues
• Initiate and drive customer meetings to capture market trends, customer perceptions & feedback in owned regions.
• Provide regular updates on and analysis of key market factors and trends impacting the IRF business for regions owned
• Develop market forecasts and scenarios to be used for business planning.
• Provide regular, quarterly IRF updates on competition, customers and market trends for regions owned for IRF MI newsletter for region owned.
• Assist in market launch and post launch sales acceleration for new products/solutions.
• Input to NPD and NPD support with regional data and insights

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or refrigeration or a related field
• Additional trainings in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus
• Min. 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, in a strategic or market intelligence role
• Proven track record of market assessment/market modelling, responsibility for several countries is a plus
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, esp. Excel and Power Point
• Experience working in a geographically dispersed team is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and their applications.
• Fluency in English
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, coordinate teams and stakeholders, and prepare proposals.
