We are looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting EPF products, enhancing awareness, and driving meaningful engagement among our members. This role requires a profound understanding of market trends, digital marketing, and data analytics to optimize outreach efforts and improve member participation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and aligning initiatives with corporate governance standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance awareness and understanding of EPF products among diverse member segments.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels, to reach and educate the target audience.
Oversee go-to-market plans for product offerings and enhancements, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize reach and engagement while ensuring cost efficiency.
Use customer insights and data analytics to continuously refine marketing strategies and enhance member engagement, including the ability to create dashboards for tracking and visualizing key performance indicators.
Strengthen EPF’s digital presence, conducting social media audits and ensuring best practices in engagement.
Work closely with advertising, media partners, and external stakeholders to amplify outreach efforts and increase public awareness.
Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory policies, and ethical marketing standards.
Monitor market trends and member needs to tailor marketing approaches for better impact.
Utilize automated marketing tools to improve efficiency and personalization in outreach.
Develop creative, informative content for various channels to educate members about EPF’s benefits and services.
Prepare campaign performance reports to assess outreach effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on emerging marketing and communication trends to enhance EPF’s engagement strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Malaysian citizen
Obtain a pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree with honours in the field of Marketing / Advertising or equivalent qualifications from local or overseas higher learning institutions recognised by the Malaysian government.
At least 10 years of experience in a product marketing or advertising position.
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services marketing.
Experience in handling automated marketing platforms to personalize and enhance communication effectiveness.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
Problem-solving skills with incredible attention to detail.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in product and digital marketing.
