Job description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee our Diabetic, Hypertension, and OTC product lines. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with a strong background in brand management. Experience in Diabetology is a plus, and a solid understanding of Hypertension is essential. This role requires strategic thinking, effective teamwork across different departments, and a dedication to improving patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products in Diabetic, Hypertension, and OTC categories.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as detailing aids, brand reminders, patient education tools, and digital communications to support product promotion and education.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, finance, and HQ marketing to align on strategy and execution.
  • Achieve product revenue targets through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Develop annual brand plans, including positioning, product strategy, and marketing programs.
  • Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze sales, market data, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and improve product performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, partners, and external vendors/agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform product innovation and strategy.
  • Provide sales support through product training, customer presentations, and fieldwork.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with new product launches, including developing launch plans and training the sales force.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry requirements.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a science background.
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with a proven track record in brand management.
  • Experience in Diabetology is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of product management and sales.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
