Product Manager (AI & Platform Development, Influencer Marketing)

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead the development of our AI-powered influencer marketing platform. This role will involve close collaboration with third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of the platform, manage the transition to in-house operations, and guide a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement and expansion. This key position will play a vital role in defining the future of our AI-driven platform and fostering ongoing innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment on development goals, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Platform Transition: Oversee the transition of the platform from vendor control to in-house management, gaining a deep understanding of all technical components, architecture, and codebase.
3. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of engineers and data scientists dedicated to the platform's maintenance and development.
4. AI Strategy: Guide the integration of AI models for influencer matching, campaign tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring they align with product goals.
5. Product Development: Ensure the platform's scalability, security, and compliance with global standards, focusing on performance and data privacy.
6. Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute a strategic roadmap for the platform's growth, feature enhancements, and market positioning.
7. Intellectual Property Management: Ensure adherence to best practices in protecting intellectual property throughout the platform's development.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, particularly in AI-based platforms or large-scale SaaS environments.
3. Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud-based infrastructure, and product development methodologies.
4. Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
5. Vendor Collaboration: Experience working with third-party vendors to oversee product development and ensure quality outcomes.
