Product Manager, Affluent, Premium, Cards Marketing, Cards Malaysia, Group CFS

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Premium products campaigns, promotions, and events to achieve business and financial goals and support sales channels.
• Roll out all Premium products campaigns, promotions, and events with support in IT business decisions.
• Compile advertising and promotions expenditure required for the Premium products programs (promotions and events).
• Propose the most suitable programs (promotions and events) to management and map out the advertising and promotions budget for the programs to obtain management approval.
• Work closely with the Branding team and advertising agencies to execute and develop advertising and promotions, including channels and tactical approaches to be implemented for maximum results.
• Ensure briefing/training is done for all sales channels before the launch of new products.
• Ensure smooth and effective implementation of the Premium products programs within the approved budget by management.
• Coordinate events from invitation, RSVP, F&B, and setting up the event with partner merchants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Solid relevant exposure in Marketing.
• Credit Card Product experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and articulate well.
• Strong analytical and business writing skills.
• Display good planning and leadership qualities required to drive the implementation of initiatives within the Group Human Capital.
• Possess a high-energy personality, able to work independently and take up responsibilities within project-based work streams.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, a team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
