Responsibilities:

• Identify potential sales & market opportunities & position the company’s products.
• Generate new accounts/sales to meet the monthly sales target.
• Provide leadership direction and management of the sales team.
• Encourage & motivate the sales team to maximize their full potential and build strong teamwork spirit.
• Drive the sales team to achieve Company’s goals & objectives and collection targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team by recruiting, training & coaching on industry best practices, company SOPs, selling skills & negotiations.
• Assist sales specialists in negotiations and deal-closing with potential customers.
• Work closely with management to build pipeline and strategize on how to approach targeted accounts.
• Negotiate contracts or tenders with healthcare professionals and follow-up on the contracts or tenders persistently until the deal is closed.
• Implement national/regional sales programs by developing sales action plans.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork and networking skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with an outgoing and persuasive manner.
• Possess strong analytical, judgment, people management & leadership skills.
• Good follow-through skills, responsible to clients’ needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
