Job description

1. Product Compliance & Strategy

  • Align the product roadmap with strategic business objectives to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Ensure e-invoicing solutions comply with IMDA, IRAS, LHDN, OpenPEPPOL standards and other local regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the liaison with regulatory bodies to stay updated on compliance changes and advocate for the company’s interests.
  • Continuously refine products based on customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory updates.

2. Product Design & Development

  • Oversee and ensure timely execution of roadmap deliverables, adhering to agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop user-friendly and compliant e-invoicing solutions.
  • Innovate and optimize internal processes to enable product scalability and support mass-market deployment.

3. Product Ownership

  • Develop and maintain reporting parameters to monitor e-invoicing solutions' performance in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure optimal product performance and implement continuous improvements.
  • Partner with Sales and Partnership teams to gather feedback on product deployment and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Serve as the Documentation Owner, maintaining a repository of best practices for e-invoicing deployment, from sales to implementation, including FAQs.

4. Other Duties

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the superior to support product and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, preferably with 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the e-invoicing.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., IMDA, IRAS, LHDN, PEPPOL).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, feedback, and product performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
