Product Expert (IBM Maximo)

As a Product Expert (IBM Maximo), you will play a crucial role in the Product Management and Development team. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position will see you responsible for driving the development and deployment of IBM Maximo, a leading asset management software solution.

What you'll be doing

• Serving as the subject matter expert on IBM Maximo, providing technical guidance and support to the business and IT teams
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements, roadmaps and implementation strategies
• Conducting research, testing and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and enhancement
• Delivering training and knowledge transfer to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilisation of IBM Maximo
• Monitoring product performance, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and new developments in asset management software

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) working with IBM Maximo or comparable asset management software solutions
• Strong technical expertise in configuring, customising and administering IBM Maximo
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective product solutions
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate cross-functionally
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
