Product Expert

Job Title: Asset Performance Management Product Expert

Part of an international team, the main mission of the Asset Performance Management product expert is to ensure that the end users' needs are gathered, taken into consideration and shared with the different stakeholders (Product manager, Solution and Business owners) in order to contribute to the global product roadmap. As an expert, you will be a relay between IT and the end users. You will be responsible for supporting the products, contributing to their evolutions and adaptations.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Passionate about solutions such as IBM Maximo Application Suite and satellite applications, you will become a trusted point of contact for the different Asset Performance Management solutions while building a close relationship with internal customers to understand their needs and solve their pain points.
2. You will have the task to animate the community of users local to your geography.
3. You will support the different Asset Performance Solutions globally and ensure that they remain highly available.
4. You will document and share your knowledge with internal support team members and internal customers while analyzing incidents and proposing action plans.
5. You will participate in the deployment of the different solutions, their evolutions and contribute to their sustainability while keeping a cost-effective approach.
6. You will assist the Business development teams on pre-sales activities for technical/financial topics.
7. You will be the key contributor to technical specifications (Infrastructure, design of the solutions, etc.) and on functional documentation related to evolutions.
