Your Goal
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented production personnel to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in customer demand mining and product portfolio design for our sales growth and innovative marketing strategy development. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare (traditional medicine) industry, excellent innovation awareness, and sensitivity to customer and market feedback. Prior experience in luxury healthcare settings and familiarity with pre-opening operations is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Market research and analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on the dynamics of the healthcare industry, analyze competitor products, and identify market opportunities and trends.
- Collect and analyze customer needs, including preferences and expectations for health regulation, rehabilitation services, and other aspects.
- Product Planning and Development:
- Develop and implement a product roadmap, including the introduction of new products, upgrading and optimizing existing products.
- Collaborate with T&CM centers, R&R centers, and Hotel teams to develop products and services that align with the company's core values.
- Develop a product launch strategy, including brand positioning, target market selection, pricing strategy, etc.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing activities, including online (social media, official website, email marketing, etc.) and offline (events, lectures, collaborative promotions, etc.).
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support product promotion and customer service.
- Data analysis and reporting:
- Analyze business data, monitor product performance and marketing campaign effectiveness, and propose suggestions for product improvement and marketing optimization.
Ideal Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
