• Expected salary: RM4,000 per month

Job Descriptions:

• Supporting efforts to assess the organization's current state, direction, structure, and requirements.
• Preparation and translation of business requirements documentation into detailed functional and technical specifications which will meet business needs.
• Working with stakeholders and project teams to define problems/requirements in key areas and identify potential solutions.
• Presentation, review and validation of captured and documented business and functional requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide consultation to stakeholders on gaming e-commerce best practices.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
• Manage, monitor and update the development team on stakeholder's priorities.
• Validate technical delivery for compliance to functional requirements.
• Assist in testing and validating new features to ensure they meet requirements and deliver an excellent user experience.
• Identify and resolve UIUX issues by using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
• Identify and address potential issues or bugs proactively.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience from analyzing business requirements and translating into functional requirements.
• Basic experience in programming and/or e-commerce platform knowledge would be an advantage.
• Degrees in IT, Engineering or Business majors are preferred.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills for both English and/or Mandarin.
• Comfortable with interviewing, probing to help information gathering and translate findings into business requirement documentation.
• Passion for gaming or experience in the gaming industry is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Possess project management skills.
