We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products and processes that drive our company's growth and success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Design and develop prototypes and test rigs using drawing tools, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks or any of design tools.
3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new technologies and innovative solutions.
4. Perform experiments and tests to validate designs and ensure product performance meets specifications.
5. Optimize existing products and processes to improve performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
6. Document all phases of research and development, including design concepts, prototypes, and test results.
7. Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices in R&D and engineering design.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings, progress updates, and recommendations.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background.
2. Proven experience as a Product Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
3. Proficiency in drawing tools, AutoCAD, design software, and SolidWorks.
4. Experience with project management and machine design is a plus.
5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the industry (e.g.: ISO 12100:2012 Safety of Machinery).
