About the Role

This role will actively analyze market trends, formulate strategic approaches, and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams. This collaborative effort is geared towards delivering innovative solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market and Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Analyze competitor activities, market dynamics, and pricing to inform strategic decision-making.
2. Product Development: Stay up to date on the current market products and trends to contribute commercial insights during the product development process. Effectively gather user feedback, understand their needs, and translate this feedback for the product development team. Ensure new products align with market needs and are financially viable.
3. Product Quality: Collaborate with the internal testing team to identify and create appropriate testing methods for new development products. Translate the internal testing process into a robust quality control checklist and processes for the production team upon the final release of a new product to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

About You

Tertiary education in Engineering, or any related field.
Proven experience in a Product Engineering role.
Strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to translate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
