Product Development Dietitian

Job Responsibility

1. Work closely with process and production teams to optimize milk powder manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
2. Concern on the development and optimization of supplement formulations, considering factors such as ingredient functionality, nutritional requirements, process efficiency, and product stability.
3. Review and improve the application for new and current ingredients and packaging materials.
4. Handle and execute new product development and packaging innovation activities, including the processing procedures and techniques and product specifications.
5. Ensure the latest food regulations, standards, policies & procedures are incorporated into product Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and work with the Production operational team to enforce requirements such as HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.
6. Provide technical support on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients, and packaging processes, to ensure finished products meet high standards of food safety and quality.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of formulation experiments, results, and specifications.
8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
9. Coordinate with the production operational team on the process of new product & existing product improvement.
10. Support ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least 3 years of working experience in R&D and extensive experience in supplement formulation or product development within the food industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in dietetics.
3. Able to speak in Mandarin.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
