Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with senior designers and cross-functional squads, collaborating with developers to help deliver our product goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring designer to grow their hands-on skills and learn all about user research & product design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine concepts.
• Work closely with PMs and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Assist in user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Help create design assets, prototypes, and documentation.

What we are looking for:

• A degree (or in progress) in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
