Product Designer Draftsperson

Job Summary:

• Expected salary: RM2,200 - RM3,000 per month

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in designing new wheels in accordance with the requirement of the New Product Development Application Form from Sales & Marketing.
2. Record the developing process and changes.
3. Coordinate with the Sales department to complete the 2D, 3D confirmation of new products and ensure the special requirements of customers are fulfilled.
4. Prepare for product trial runs to ensure specifications are met and prepare relevant drawings including product trial run drawings and engraving drawings.
5. Review issues raised during the new product trial run process, including production and strength issues; provide immediate solutions.
6. Track the new product development process.
7. Update and establish internal relevant documents timely in accordance with the product design.
8. Perform any other jobs as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
2. Candidate must be able to read and write in Mandarin (preferable), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D drawings, and Adobe Suites.
4. Able to maintain own stance even under pressure.
5. Able to work independently without supervision.
