Overview

This role involves managing product data across various platforms to ensure accuracy and relevance in listings.

Job Description

1. Undertake rigorous filtering and cleaning of product databases across six different country platforms utilizing Shopify to ensure the accuracy and relevance of product listings.
2. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
3. Identify and rectify any discrepancies in product listings.
4. Conduct comprehensive assessments of products listed on various marketplaces to ensure that only up-to-date and pertinent items remain active, analyzing sales trends, seasonal demand, and competitor activity.
5. Execute meticulous data entry tasks related to product listings, including updating product descriptions, pricing, inventory levels, and other critical product attributes.
6. Assist as needed.
7. Handle ERP System (Job Menu); on-site training will be provided.

Qualifications

Requirement:

1. Education Background: Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of focused experience in e-commerce/digital industry with N1/N2 Japanese language skill.
3. Required Skills:
1. Open-minded, flexible, and self-motivated individual.
2. Positive, pleasant personality and appearance.
3. Online website/marketplace managing experience (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, WooCommerce, Prestashop).
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
5. Basic IT knowledge.
