Product Advisor for Espresso Machine (PENANG -GURNEY PLAZA)

Job Summary

Set up and contribute to the daily maintenance of the boutique appearance, ensuring that it is correct and properly presented. Responsibilities include:

1. Filling the display cubicles with capsules, machines, and accessories daily.
2. Providing customer care by welcoming walk-in customers.
3. Identifying customer needs to maximize sales.
4. Assisting first-time customers in opening their accounts and selecting products.

Academic Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirements

1. Able to speak fluent English.
2. Previous experience as a coffee sampling promoter or coffee ambassador is an advantage.
3. Friendly demeanor and sales experience are advantageous.
4. Able to start work anytime and can work on shifts.
