Product Advisor for Coffee

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up and contribute to the daily maintenance of the boutique appearance ensuring that it is correct, equipment and properly presented.
2. Filling the display cubicles with capsules, machines, and accessories on a daily basis.
3. Provide customer care by welcoming the walk-in customers.
4. Identifying their needs that results in the maximization of the sales.
5. For customers that are making their first purchase, you will be assisting in opening their account and assisting them in their selection during their first purchase.

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

1. Able to speak fluent English.
2. Work as a coffee sampling promoter or coffee ambassador before will be an advantage.
3. Friendly & have sales experience will be an advantage.
4. Able to start work anytime & can work on shift.
