Job Description:

• Source the quality and cost-effective raw material, packaging material, and Non-Trade for Group.
• Evaluate and assess new suppliers. Monitor performance/audit existing suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers on price/service.
• Monitor the price trend and material demand/supply in the market.
• Involve in new product/project. Coordinate and plan out quantity needed and advise supplier.
• Check and verify SST report.
• Resolve product quality issues with suppliers.
• Plan/liaise with suppliers and ensure sufficiency of raw and packaging material to cover future production use.
• Handle license/permit/MIDA/MITI/Customs & meeting with Government Officers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
• Industrial Background Preferred: Min 4 years experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
• At least 6 years experience for Procurement Executive role.
• Required skills: ERP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
• Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines, resourceful, and multi-task.
• Ability in problem-solving, strong time management skills with a passion for learning.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
