Material Management: Ensure timely, accurate, and quality-compliant material availability for smooth production.
Trend Analysis: Review material movement trends, forecast accuracy, and optimize stock levels.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead improvement plans for timely delivery and quality compliance.
New Product Development: Work with project teams to facilitate material readiness for product launches.
Process Improvement: Develop efficient workflows, analyze data, and ensure policy compliance.
Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance current practices.
Stakeholder Communication: Proactively engage with internal and external teams to drive productivity.
Leadership & Coaching: Provide guidance and training to enhance procurement skills within the team.
about the requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in a managerial procurement/supply chain role, preferably in FMCG (food manufacturing).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Leadership & Communication: Confident, proactive, and able to engage with senior stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Strong experience in FMCG supply chain management and operational expertise is a plus.
