Job description
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute procurement for new store/restaurant setups.
Source furniture, kitchen equipment, POS systems, uniforms, and supplies.
Negotiate vendor agreements, contracts, and pricing for cost efficiency.
Ensure timely stock availability for pre-opening and operations.
Build and manage relationships with F&B and retail suppliers.
Ensure on-time deliveries, product quality, and supplier reliability.
Monitor market trends, budgets, and inventory to optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and labor regulations.
Lead procurement operations, improve SOPs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Provide ongoing procurement support for new and existing outlets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in F&B or retail.
Experience in setup and pre-opening procurement for new stores/restaurants.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and cost control skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
