Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute procurement for new store/restaurant setups.
  • Source furniture, kitchen equipment, POS systems, uniforms, and supplies.
  • Negotiate vendor agreements, contracts, and pricing for cost efficiency.
  • Ensure timely stock availability for pre-opening and operations.
  • Build and manage relationships with F&B and retail suppliers.
  • Ensure on-time deliveries, product quality, and supplier reliability.
  • Monitor market trends, budgets, and inventory to optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and labor regulations.
  • Lead procurement operations, improve SOPs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing procurement support for new and existing outlets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in F&B or retail.
  • Experience in setup and pre-opening procurement for new stores/restaurants.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and cost control skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
