Procurement Manager/ Assistant Manager

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials
• Inventory Management
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendors
• Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to the procurement team to achieve set targets and foster a cohesive work environment
• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for potential procurement disruptions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the electrical or construction Industry
• Strong knowledge in material sourcing, planning and order processing
• Experience in leading and managing procurement team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
• Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.
