Lead regional Procurement function by being responsible for the overall Procurement performance, people management, and functional compliance while promoting a ‘one team’ spirit. Ensure risk management focusing on the extended agenda: price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key regional suppliers including performance and quality assurance. Build and enhance strong stakeholder relationships with key regional stakeholders across all Procurement activities. Define, advocate, and foster sustainable Procurement (incl. CSR) and procurement innovation strategies and projects. Represent Procurement in relevant committees and governance bodies. Manage the regional Procurement cost centre, perform cost control activities, analyse cost effectiveness, and define saving opportunities with the aim to ensure appropriate cost-performance ratio and financial well-being of the function.
