PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (for local purchasing)

• Responsible for sourcing suppliers from various locations such as Cameron, Genting, Pasar Borong, Klang Valley.
• Negotiate with suppliers on product pricing, availability, product specs & quality, and claims.
• Monitor supply trends; review and negotiate contracts/tenders.
• Allocate purchases based on competitive pricing and quality.
• Handle price/cost negotiations and comparisons.
• Perform additional assigned or ad hoc tasks by the reporting manager or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum education of Diploma and above in any field of studies such as Business Administration, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Marketing, etc.
• 2-3 years of purchasing/procurement experience in FMCG, fresh produce, F&B industry will be ideal.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) will be an added advantage.
• Possesses own medium of transport and is willing to travel for farm visits.

Living or originating from locations such as Cameron Highlands, Ipoh, Perak, or Pahang will be an added advantage.
