Established in 1995, our HQ is based in Johor, with branches in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang. Our team of 60 members includes young professionals and experienced experts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to project list, clarifying unclear items & recommending alternatives.
• Sourcing new suppliers or material.
• Perform price comparison with minimum two suppliers/sub-contractors.
• Prepare, maintain, and review project files and price lists.
• Verify specifications & price, obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items & obtaining approval from requester before issuing PO.
• Prepare purchase orders (PO) and send copies to suppliers.
• Ensure orders arrive on time to avoid delays in delivery to site.
• Submit supplier/sub-con invoices to accounting department weekly.
• Monitor in-house inventory movement and update stock inventory regularly.
• Coordinate with project team to update "Supplier Evaluation Form" in order to evaluate suppliers'/sub-contractors' performance.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Diploma/ Degree in Business or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the interior design field.
• Pleasant personality, responsible, positive mindset, and attitude.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am-6pm
