We’re looking for a talented Procurement Executive to join our client’s dynamic team in Taiping, Perak. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supply chain management and material planning, this role is perfect for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze and negotiate with suppliers to ensure purchase terms and conditions protect the company’s interests.
• Evaluate current purchasing activities and recommend methods for improvement or standardization.
• Plan and determine material requirements while generating purchase orders.
• Monitor material inventory levels, ensure alignment with target levels, and minimize obsolete stock.
• Track production volume, customer demand, and purchasing trends to inform procurement decisions.
• Work closely with production planners and suppliers to forecast, plan, and ensure on-time material deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Identify and develop potential suppliers, maintaining an Approved External Provider List.
• Take on other tasks as assigned by your superior to support operational success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with knowledge of Purchasing or Material Planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
