Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all related documentation, such as Shipping Listing, BL, Consignment Notes, Certificate of Origin, Custom codes, etc., as per the expectation of the Supplier’s delivery date.
2. Liaise well with internal divisions, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure smooth operation for Import shipments.
3. Maintain and update shipment records.
4. Manage, monitor, and maintain stock inventory levels; place orders and conduct material planning to ensure sufficient stock inventory level.
5. Handle and verify supplier invoices and reconcile inventory.
6. Able to undertake ad-hoc tasks and related duties as required from time to time.
7. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
8. Able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with colleagues across multi-cultural backgrounds.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
2. Minimum 4 years related working experience in the related field.
3. Experience in Hardware fields is encouraged.
4. Possess a good attitude, be result-oriented, and a team player.
5. Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
6. 5 days work per week.
