- Source the quality and cost effective raw material, packaging material and Non Trade for Group.
- Evaluate and assess New supplier. Monitor performance / audit existing supplier.
- Negotiate with supplier on price/service.
- Monitor the price trend and material demand/supply in market.
- Involve in new product/project. Coordinate and plan out qty needed and advise supplier.
- To check and verify SST report.
- Resolve product quality issue with supplier.
- To plan / liaise with supplier and ensure sufficiency of raw and packaging material to cover for future production use.
- To handle license/permit/MIDA/MITI/Customs & meeting with Government Officer.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent.
- Industrial Background Preferred: Min 4 years experience in the Food & beverage manufacturing industry.
- At least 6 years experience for Procurement Executive role.
- Required skills: ERP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
- Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines, resourceful and multi-task.
- Ability in problem-solving, strong time management skills with a passion for learning.
